Aircel — Complaint against the unfair balance deduction | |||
Dear Sir, At the beginning I want to share you a bitter experience happened nearly 3 years ago with me. It was the unfair deduction of main balance of nearly Rs. 97 within 1 day of activation of a AIRCEL Sim. That time the reason as described by the so called Customer Care Executive that some VAS had been activated by me due the wrong press of button of mobile. I got just surprised by the falsehood of the company like AIRCEL and getting annoyed I threw the sim into dustbin. Presently on the 2nd Nov’15 again a new sim, [protected] has been issued with a starting main balance of Rs. 38.65. It is quite regretful to bring to your notice that this time also more than Rs. 35 has been deducted within 10 days of the activation of the sim. Furthermore, more astounding fact is that the reason described this time also is exactly selfsame as it was 3 years back. So as a customer of AIRCEL I really unappeased with the nasty practice of AIRCEL. In this circumstances I appeal to your good self, if remain, to look into the matter seriously and refund me the balance cut unfairly because I can assure you that no VAS or anything chargeable download done by my own.
