[Resolved]  Aircel — Convert Aircel Postpaid to prepaid

Due to financial issue, i couldn't continue service with Aircel Postpaid connection. I have paid extra money with this bill cycle.

Please help to Convert my existing Aircel Postpaid Connection to Aircel PREPAID at the earliest.

Also i gave request letter for the same to my nearest Aircel Postpaid Show Room ( Millennium Aircel Dharmapuri)

Note : Attached the photostat copy of request letter, Photo ID Proof and Aircel SF form. Also attached the acknowledgement received from Millennium Aircel Dharmapuri.

Please do the needfull at the earliest and this will help me really lot :)

Hi Aircel Team,

Thanks for converting My Postpaid connection to Prepaid.
Still my prepaid connection not activated and called up Aircel customer care and they are stated that, they didn't receive the prepaid request and i need to submit the address proof document to nearest Aircel Show room.

Can you please help me out on this and already submitted the ID proof and SF form to Millennium Aircel Show room Dharmapuri.

I couldn't use my number for last couple of days. Please help me out on this.

Can you please initiate and confirm the tentative time to get back my Postpaid Security Deposit money.

Note : Find the photostat copy of Security Deposit receipt from Millennium Aircel Dharmapuri
