Aircel — CUG | |||
I bought paired sim[protected] and [protected]) and asked with cug plan in aircel store, Hosur.my unbilled amount found high.I contacted customer care and also aircel store several times.They told that the unbilled amount includes the cost for the cug activated calls and it would be deduced at the time of bill pay .Now only I am informed that cug was not activated. Now I am not ready to pay my bills. Was this information helpful? | |||
