[Resolved] Aircel — Customer care fraud with me and also cut my 50 rs and say it's valid

As my cut 50 rs from my [protected]. You cut 49 rs without my information after that i have complain to convert my no postpaid to prepaid than customer care says don't convert postpaid to prepaid i will revert your money as complain no - 1-[protected]. Than when my bill generate on 19th oct 2016 i will see that i will generate with 49 rs charges. Why customer care cheat with me after that i have call customer care on 21 oct 2016. He raised a complain 1-[protected] after that i have call 23 oct 12.57 am talked with manjeet singh and he can't register my complain again why customer care give wrong informatin always,. If you decided to my cut my 50 rs why customer care said that 49 rs money will be refund in your account. Plz take action against aircel company

We would like to inform you that you have subscribed Value Added Service like STORE15 on your Aircel number [protected] via WAP mode on 30th sept’16 for which you have been charged Rs.49/- the VAS has activated post your double consent and service has already been deactivated at our end, and the deducted amount has been posted in your account under onetime goodwill gesture same will be reflected in your next month Invoice.
