Pr koi service activate nhi h... but jb bi recharge krwata hu to service automatic active ho jati h..Phir m JB customer care m call krta hu to vo muje koi bi service activate hone k liye nhi khte h...M unko bolta hu ki aap meri apne senior se baat krwao to vo mna kr dete h...Aisa KB tk chalta rhega...Agar Aisa chalta rha to hme SIM Ko port krwana hoga... Every my balance cut by aircel this time infact month more than 500 rs has been cut without reason .Customer care never talk nicely .kindly refund my balance

I wish to switch my mobile service provider from Aircel to another provider in Mumbai.
I am unable to send text message with my mobile number to 1900. The message gets stuck in the outbox. I have changed the phone handset and it's still the same.
Please tell me how else can I get the portability code if not through SMS
