[Resolved] Aircel — Customer Grievance | |||
it’s really shame to say that it’s been past three months by balance is deducting automatically, whenever I am complaining all customer care executive are saying I have activated some or other services. But I never have done activated anything but this month is seriously a high time for me.i have done the recharge on 22march 2015 of rs220 and my balance was 240 and 80 rs was deducted by aircel on 24.03.2015 when I spoke to customer care they said its deducted due to some cricbuzz services activated as I have not activated anything and later on 25.03.2015 again my another 160rs was deducted and when I asked customer they said we don’t have any update on this and they spoke to me in a very unprofessional and unethical way. and also saying we done have any idea what you will do this non of our business. Is this the way to speak to a customer and just wanted to ask you that is aicel service is to benefit the customer or to create problem for customer??? Remember every customer is important to you and also one single customer can de-motivate other customer not use aircel. Even after this case also am not ever gone use aircel.
