My no. Is from Delhi NCR & I have called to 198 & then I had a word with some of your executive n then he had forward my call to data services provider and then he asked me, what's your problem sir, then as I told him like my 3g data is not working then hi told me thanks for aircel & then hangup the phon.. and after same tym I have tried so many times they are still not replying me.. at least they are not receiving my phone.. so what should I do ? My balance is deducted without any proper reason. And in customer care they can't help me. If this will continue then I will take another complaint to trai or I will go to consumer forum.
