[Resolved]  Aircel — Customers' exploitation

With due respect i would like to state the following few lines. I am an aircel user for past 5-6 years. My current no is [protected]. The company is deducting my main balance consecutively ever since i use the server! And on enquire either one or other vas services are always found activated on my no without any prior notifications or confirmation, via chargeable link and so on! I request the company to kindly stop exploiting the customers! Why is the chargeable links placed everywhere and if so why isn't there any confirmation before activating such useless services on any nos.?? I am fed up of calling 198 where there is no positive responds and action! I want my 15 Rs(main bal) deducted on 12th Oct 2015 to be refund at the earliest and my number to be exempt from all the vas and any other services! Lastly but not the least, there are many other companies who assure to be better than aircel! Thanking you! [protected]@gmail.com

Wow! Such an assuring responds and another deduction even before a couple of days!
Is this how you resolve the complains?? Or is it the way company pays for feedback??Today at around 10:03 pm(13 oct 2015) I received a message stating 'thanks for using aircel service' and later i found my main balance being deducted without even notifying why??
Goodbye Aircel, i am applying for another server(sim) which is in process. I wish i could dump this sim by now but unfortunately i have no choice but to wait for the delivery of the other i have applied! Just few more days to go!

Post system validation it was found that the you was charged Rs.15/- as download fee for HUNGAMA from HUNGAMA on 12/10/2015 at 19:03:12 downloaded through WAP which is a onetime chargeable downloading content. Since it is a downloaded VAS the same is not required for deactivation.
As service gesture and in our efforts to live up to our customer’s expectations we will be crediting the total amount of the above said charges to your main account within the next 24 working hours.
