[Resolved] Aircel — Data connection is not working

My data connection is not working from 4 days.i am trying to complain on 198 ..but there i am getting only response that there is heavy traffic at our center. continuously from 4 days there is heavy trafic so i am not able to talk with any of your customare care executive.help me as soon as possible or contact me at [protected] .
