[Resolved] Aircel — Data+main balance | |||
On 28sept 2016 i recharged my number amount of 178 benefit of 1.25gb high speed + unlimited 2g data for 28 days.. Till 4th oct 11.59 pm i had 1.94 in main balance. And i had used less than 400mb out of 1.25 gb.. I didn't have any vas or other active services. On 5th oct 12.04 am i had 0.14 rs in main and unable to connet internet... Now i want justice... It's aircel employees fault not their owner's. I want my main balances and my over 825mb + unlimted data back.. Thanks and Regards Aircel Social Media Team Verified Support Oct 13, 2016 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Customer(chak.amit.1234), We would like to inform that as per CDR, balance got deducted Rs.1.80 (Before balance Rs.1.94 and After balance Rs.0.14) for using GPRS in 3G connectivity (usage 2.7627 MB & default browsing charges 10kb/15p) from 10/4/2016 at 10:42:43 PM to 10/5/2016 at 12:04:15 AM. Surfing started on your umber on 10/4/2016 at 10:42:43 PM and continued internet surfing post 23:59:59 and 1.5GB 2G data validity for 7 nights offer expired on[protected], that's why balance got deducted from main account as per 15p/10kb.
