Aircel — Deactivate Value added services for my number [protected]

Dear sir/ madam,

I am one of your valued lifetime customer. But certain things (which i have written below) makes me to come out of your network.

My corporate plan is 325, but i'm getting my outstanding amount is 577,
due to value added services, but i didn't added that services, whenever i opened internet from my mobile, messages are coming like you added this service and that service ...I'm fed up this services.

Sincerely I'm requesting to stop all services, and my last due date is[protected], but you guys are disconnected my outgoing call access.

We would request you to wait for the forthcoming bill to get generated and revert if VAS charges are featuring, also the outgoing services are very well active on your Aircel number.

Dear Customer(Jagadeesh pallam),

As per our concerned team, you have been charged for various VAS services which got activated through WAP mode. You have been charged Rs.215/- & Rs.260/- in the two bills that have got generated. Now, no VAS service is activated on your number. As a service gesture an amount of Rs.457/- will be credited in your account & same will feature in the forthcoming bill.
