Sir, on my aircel prepaid connection, there is always deduction of Re.1 .since 4 days. As i have never activated any pack bt renewal balance is deducted from all account . I have called customer care several times for my complaint but no action is taken till now. Kindly stop the renewal service and credit the amount that has been deducted from my account .
