[Resolved] Aircel — Deduct money from balance | |||||
I recharged of rs.50/- and got 45/- something rupees after few calls i have remaining 40/- rupees but after few days i checked, my balance was nil. I tried to complaint in 198 number of aircel customer care they never gave me solution even didn't back my money. After long time, i recharged with rs.20/- or 10/- then that money was also charged and nil. I am facing this issue from a very long time but i didn't complaint but now its overwhelming. I registered complaint here second time previously i got my money back. I only want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
