[Resolved] Aircel — Deducted amount even plan has Unlimited data | |||||
I am Prashant and using same internet pack on mobile no. [protected] continuously for 4 months. There has not any such deduction made by company on account of exceeded use of data as that plan is Rs.289 Unlimited 10 GB. The incidence happened on 6 March 17. They deducted Rs. 11 from my main account on cost o[censored]sing exceed data. I did not understand how they deducted saying use of exceed data. I have been using Rs. 289 Internet pack last 4 months but deduction never happened even exceed of data ie 10 GB till the date of its expiry. But I did not understand why this happened on 6 March 17 they deducted rs. 11 from my main account even plan would expire on 10 March 17. Was this information helpful? | |||||
