Aircel — Deducting balance without reason | |||||
I am using aircel number [protected]. I am facing this problem when i have activated internet. I have recieved message from aircel saying thank you for using aircel services. when i checked balance 35 Ruppes was deducted. message says " to stop servise send message "STOP" to 155332" i sent message to 155332 it says " there is no service active on your mobile" I have activated addblock in my browser so i did not click on the adds. without reason they are deducting the balance. I want my 35 Ruppes back or else i will port my number Was this information helpful? | |||||

We would like to inform you that amount of Rs.35/- has been deducted towards the usage of various services activated through WAP using internet from your handset. Being a valued customer, we have refunded this amount in your account and these packs are already deactivated. Request you to take care in future while accessing internet and avoid using/downloading chargeable links/services.
