Aircel — Deducting charges for value added services without customers activation | |||||
I am sukumar and my no is [protected]. Aircel is deducting charges for the services which i am not using and that too without my knowledge. This is not first time. I have sent lot of mails and calls but no proper response from their end. Below items are activated with out my request and deducted charges. This is not first time i am sending mail or calling your call center. But i am not getting permanent solution. 1. On 30th Dec Mobile Academy Monthly Product has been activated and charged Rs.75 2. On 4th Jan Video talkies has been activated and deducted Rs.50 3. On 9th Jan Jyotish Shashtra has been activated and deducted Rs.35 4. On 19th Jan Video talkies got auto-renewed and deducted Rs.50 5. Again on 29th Jan Rs.75 has been deducted for Mobile Academy. 6. Again on 3rd Feb Rs.50 has been deducted for auto renewal for video talkies. Total amount deducted is Rs.335.
