Aircel — Deducting money from main balance even after the sufficient free internet balance is present

Dear team,
My affected aircel number is [protected].I have recharge with rs.387 pack of aircel internet pack in the month of march 1st.On 31st march the remaining free balance was 18mb as i have checked at morning time with ussd code *122*011#.But in night at about 8:00pm i have browse internet for some time & my balance became 15mb & nearly at 2:00 am night again i have browse internet at that time same amount was there. First time i have browse something &balance became 13mb when i have disconnect the internet. After that i have just browse my gmail id & disconnect the internet suddenly i have find my rest internet balance is 11mb &rs.8.91 was deducted from my main balance. Again i have check my internet balance again it was showing 11mb left but when i have checked my main balance it was showing rs.76.75 i.E.Rs.8.91 was deducted. In this way aircel company make money. When they are getting more balance in a account without deducting the last free internet balance they are deducting money from main balance. So many times they have done this type of activity in this number. Why it’s happening again & again. When i have called the customer care he told that on 31st morning i have 10 mb balance left which is totally false it’s 18mb was left. I have bought this aircel sim from that day onward i have suffered by this type of activity again & again. If i have free internet balance left then why they are deducting my money from the main balance. Today on 1st april i have got my 1024mb free internet as usual as per the internet pack of rs.387 but i have lost my rs.8.91.Again on the same day i have tried the internet for a while & disconnect the internet suddenly i have got message that i have used 21kb data & rs.0.45 has deducted from my account main balance. Again i have checked the internet balance there it showing 1023mb left but balance was deducted from my main account balance as well as 1 mb i have lost from my internet free balance. Till now i am unable to do internet with my aircel number [protected] as i have not get get any confirmation from their side. Only i have got a message yesterday that my issue has resolved the complaint number i have got [protected] also they have raised another ticket for the same issue i.E 1-[protected] which i have got in message that the issue is resolved but how they have resolved the issue still i can’t understand because i have not get back my balance even after 36 hour passed. When i am trying to call the customer care in the number 198 there is no response all time it’s saying all the represented are busy.Even yesterday i have called them & phone was disconnected but i have not get any call back so no more i am going to follow up for the same issue. Within 48 hour if i will not get my money back of rs.9.36 i will highlight this issue over social media & raise consumer complaint over this with screen shot i have the proof that how the company earn money by doing this type of fraud activity. Such a disgusting service & low quality software they are using which not able to track the internet balance deduction also. . I want return back my deducted money of rs.9.36. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
