[Resolved] Aircel — Deduction balance and not showing remaining balance | |||
I'm Sujit from Siliguri, I'm using aircell connection &rs.97 (2 or 3times)every month where I get aircell to aircell 400 mints & aircell to others 200 mints.After calling I can not see my remaining balance (aircell to others).I complained & they advised to type *128#call.I've tried but no result.Several time I have contacted with customers care but they are avoiding me & Given excuses like link failure.I talked with Mr.Imtiaz from customer care & he 2 times given excuses of link failure...So I request u please do the needful in this matter. .Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
