Aircel — Deduction by unfair means

I'm a consumer of aircel network from past 3 years. On 17th of February, 2014 an amount of Rs.50 were deducted from my account balance on account of some service that I did not use. I contacted customer care on the very same day and they told me that my money would be refunded. Today is 21/2/2014, I already have contacted customer care 5 times since then. Now the customer care is saying that the deduction of money was reasonable and it will not be refunded. This is the 2nd time I'm having same kind of problem with aircel. Please reply on srishti.me.[protected]@gmail.com for the solution to this problem and guidance. Thank you.
