Aircel — Deduction of balance for irrevelant reasons | |||
I have been receiving messages from aircel saying that "you have subscribed to TINY TV ", "thank you for using aircel services" . Irrevelant subscription to Tiny TV pack without any prior notice, and balance is deducted multiple times . When I try to stop the pack so as to not deduct further balance it already says "you dont have any value added services activated " but main balalnce is deduced . Lost a 30 rs recently due to this and many times more in the past . Customer care takes no action . My complaint referece id which aircel provided for this complaint was 1-[protected].
