[Resolved]  Aircel — Deduction of balance for no reason

I got a message on my number [protected] today as follows Dear Subscriber, you have been charged Rs. 5.0 for 1 days subscription of Pocket Store. You have got free credits in your account to download full songs, wallpaper, videos etc. of your choice. To Start logon to http://store.pocketinternet.in Whereas i have not activated any service. I tried to complaint about this to your customer care and the continuous response im getting is that the system is down. I want to know why my balance was deducted without anu reason
