[Resolved] Aircel — deduction of balance for unused & unknown VAS services | |
Hi.
I am Rakesh Ranjan using Aircel Number [protected] from past 2 years.
I am having 1 GB 3G data pack and using internet from long time, but within 2 days around 110 INR has been debited from my balance..
I called up 198 but the response was very rude and unsatisfactory by the executive.
Without giving resolution executive dropped the call saying that i am doing time pass.
I request the aircel to kindly look into the matter and refund all the money debited for the VAS services which i am not aware and not used.
