Aircel — Deduction of balance from mobile without permission, Not refunded | |||
I recharged my Aircel number [protected] with RS.150 topup and received the normal Rs. 160 in my balance at 9 AM on 14th March, 2015. At 11 AM the balance in my account was ZERO. After having contacted customer care numerous times, all I have received is excuses like Call after 4 hours, call after 24 hours, or Server is down. The behavior of these customer care executives is extremely inappropriate (especially Anjana and Madhusmita). I have not received the refund of my balance, nor an explanation as to why my balance was deducted. It is a severe Mental Harassment and loss of precious time in addition to loss of money. We have verified the your’s account details and found that the
amount was deducted from your account were towards data (GPRS)
usage. Since you have used data post consumption of the limited
data quota, it was charged as per default tariff plan @10p/10kb and
subsequently the amount was deducted from your’s main account and
there was no wrong charging from your account.
