[Resolved] Aircel — Deduction of balance unreasonably | |||
I am complaining about the irregular things which happen on my no. and the pathetic response by the customer service executive. 1 Cross connection happens sometimes, when I dial a normal no. and then the call gets disconnected, within seconds and Rs. 5-10 is deducted. Yesterday, on 6th Sep, around 4 p.m., when this activity got repeated, when I was dialling a normal no. [protected], I called the customer care and someone picked up and transferred the call to a senior, who did not even reveal his name. He just said that a special no. was called and so a big deduction was made. On requesting to register the complaint that this problem of cross connection arises, and the no. dialled here is different from which is reflected in your server, he refused to register the complaint and disconnected the phone, on his own without seeking my permission to do so. I recalled and this time I asked the name of customer executive. Her name was Ruchi, and she did almost the same thing. Its quite an unprofessional conduct of the customer executives, and if they can’t even register a complaint, and disconnect the phone, then what for are they sitting for?! Logically also why would any customer dial any unique no. for just a few seconds, and cut his own balance for no reason?!! 2. Later on the same day, I activated a netpack for single day. I had already deactivated the service of deduction of not from main balance by messaging ‘stop’ to 1925. Still I did that again, to minimize the risk of any discrepancy again, which occurs in your network. A message came that I am already deactivated for that service. Still after the expiry of validity of the netpack, balance deduction started from main account. But again for the lost amount, I this time avoided calling the customer care, as during the day, they had given a trailer that they don’t listen to complaints, and just get on the nerves of the customer by their unprofessional response. So I am writing issue of both point no. 1 and point 2. balance deduction here, rather than calling on 198. 3.Many other strange things also happen via your no.- a) Frequently I get a message that I am being given 10 local aircel to aircel mins. But balance is always deducted on such calls. b) When activating net pack from self help, the offer shows more amount of data to be given. But on confirming activation, less data is provided. Eg. if it shows that 35 MB data would be given on pressing 1 and confirming, the actual data given is 25 MB. c) On dongle 3G nets runs fine, but using 2G netpack, it eliminates all data from main balance. Had complained of this issue earlier also in written. Kindly look into the deductions made in point 1. and 2. And also please mention that for every issue I should use my spare precious time in writing or the toll free customer care executive can also actually work on the complaints anytime?
