Aircel — Deduction of balance without any usage | |||
I am using aircel no [protected] . Yesterday night my balance was Rs 59 & today it is Rs .01. Kindly provide me the reason of deduction the amount as I have not used anything overnight. I have called your call centre but there no transaction is showing & they had advised me to call after 2 hours. I am continuously trying to call but due to heavy consuction they are disconnecting the line. Kindly help & charge back my balance urgently as I need to do urgent calls. Kindly ask Aircel to check my balance on 16th Oct & provide the data on 16th Oct night.On 16th Oct night my balance was Rs 59 & on 17th Oct morning it was Re 0.01. We had called call centre as per them there were no DATA in their record & he asked us to call after 2 hrs. After 2 hrs when I had called till today no one from call centre is picking the call. We always get response that "we are experiencing heavy traffic " & disconnecting the line. This is really not acceptable from Aircel. I need the details of deduction of 16th Oct night & provide the DATA.
