[Resolved] Aircel — Deduction of main balance from prepaid sim | |||
My self tejesh recharged my prepaid aircel sim [protected] for Rs 14/- dated 2/12/15 having benefit of free whatsapp and FB unlimited for 14 days, however on 2nd & 3rd Dec '15 by main balance got deducted by around Rs 40/- for surfing whatsapp and FB. Hence kindly reverse by balance back on my account which is deducted from by main balance else i will complaint in consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||

Kindly update the same on priority as today again my mail balance got deducted by Rs 10/- on the morning.
