[Resolved] Aircel — Deduction of my balance for the vip game subscription which i have not subscribed | |||||
I am using aircel number [protected]. in which VIP GAME has been subscribed automatically and deducted my mobile balance. i.e 35 Ruppes.and Rs 2 was left in my balance. Yesterday i have given this complaint in which the VIP GAME has been insubscribed but instead of refunding the money it has another time unnessarily deducted money i.e Rs1.3.So i request you to be kind enough to refund me Rs 36 in my mob no:[protected] for which i will be grateful to you. We have verified your account details and found that on dated 12th Dec 2015 a content service "QUIZ, VIPG7" has been subscribed from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and an amount of Rs.35/- was deducted from your account towards service subscription charges. However as per your request the service has been deactivated from your number to avoid further renewal of the service. Further considering your request and as a service gesture we have forwarded a request to our concern team to post an adjustment of Rs.35/- which will be credited to your account as soon as possible.
