Aircel — Deduction without reason | |||||
Dear Sir, I am really fed with this balance deduction from aircel every now and then. It has become a habit of Aircel to deduct the balance without no reason. I was on roaming few days back and used my 2G Mobile Internet, Aircel deducted my account balance of Rs.63 for using internet. When i raised a complaint to Aircel customer care they refused to refund by giving useless reasons.This is really unfair. Pls Help. Aditya [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

My main account balance got deducted on 17th June, i don't know the time because no notification arrived for deduction.
