Aircel — Denial by aircel office staff for giving me my call details

Dear Sir/Madam, I own an aircel prepaid number of Orissa Circle, No.: [protected]. Yesterday I went to Aircel office of Bhubaneswar(Saheed Nagar) to get the call details of my number of last 4 months. But they denied saying u have to get police permission or file a F.I.R. for getting the same. How can I file an F.I.R., where as I didn't lose my sim???. I just want to get my own call details. I am ready to produce the documents as the ownership of the sim as need. Please have a look at it. When an owner of the sim is asking for the call details personally, what is the problem for giving the call details???
