Dear Aircel, I am Register your company complaint no 1-[protected]. i am recharge double data offer 65 in 01.09.2016 the benefit 500 data not credited my account still, complaint register your customer care executive at next day. The reply is will credited in 07.09.2016 that day i will received a sms in your side the Complaint is closed 07.09.2016 still the date the offer benefit will not added in my account. today again i am calling customer care, the executive told the benefit not credited your account you charge the date 01.09.2016 she told you take the screenshot to send the complaint to aircel.com Kindly please consider my request, i am attaching the screenshots.
