Aircel — Effect not given for rs.61/- for rate cutter paid on line on 15/06/2016 | |||
I have charged my mobile no [protected] with rs 61/- on[protected] at 14.29.40 hrs and at 14.33.50 hrs through on line vide transaction id no. Gcmp[protected] and gcmp[protected] recharge ref no. Ko80135684111465981111979 and ko80135684111465981358792 respectively first recharge failed but charge was deducted from card account against which i have complained on 15/06/2016 again on 04/07/2016 but till date i have not been returned back my money in my card account one person has called me from your office from mobile no.[protected] on 05/07/2016 at 12.22 hrs and assured me that money has been given back to me but sorry to inform you till date it has not been done how can now i trust you people same assurance was also given to me after my first complaint please do the needful urgently and sincerely Was this information helpful? | |||
