[Resolved] Aircel — Excess Balance Deduction after using Aircel Prepaid 3G Data | |||||
Sir/Madam, With reference to the subject cited above, I have been using the prepaid Aircel No. [protected] for many months. But from the last 2-3 days my net balance has been deducting abruptly without any reason. I have not downloaded any heavy file. I have also tried to reach the customer care for this issue but there is no response from their end regarding the reason for deduction. This type of service provided by Aircel is really not acceptable. Kindly look into this matter and requesting you to refund my net balance amount and do the needful as the earliest.
