[Resolved] Aircel — Extra bill charges for data | |||
My no is [protected], Las two months my bill add extra amount of data usage and even i did not used complete data that provided in my plan. I have plan where i have 500 call and 500 mb data 100 sms in 226 plus tax But my bill come 16 july to 26 july in 224 (10 days bill) 27 july to 27 aug bill is 670 (10 days my phote is off due to over limit from 16 aug to 27 aug) my limit is 500 then how comoe 670 bill i dont understand. I Didn't Activate aircel games club but from the aircel company I received a message that games club is activated and charged with Rs. 35 so please deactivate the games club and refund my money Rs. 35. Please do the needful for me

For the past, 2 rupees per day is getting deducted from my balance under NDAIRPI2. I didn't activate it and checked under 155223 and found I'm not subscribed to any pack. Not able to deactivate by sending STOP to 155223.
