[Resolved] Aircel — Fake calls and 100 rupees were deducted from my account

I received a fake call thrice till now. I tried to call back and in10 seconds 100 rupees were deducted in my account. I tried to reach customer care ten times till now and they are disconnecting my call and no proper service. Worst customer service very much disappointed. The customer care never refunds money in my account even it was their fault too many problems to connect the customer care

We have checked your account and found that you have been charged Rs.100 for making an ISD call on 15th Dec’16 at 12:34 PM. We regret to inform you that we would not be able to pass any waiver in this regard as you have been charged correctly and also we suggest you to call on 1963 (Toll free no.) and lodge a complaint regarding the same if you’ll receive any such calls in future.
