Aircel — Fake online recharge | |||||
I recharged Rs. 135 on my aircel number [protected] at 6.54 PM from net. My Txn No. is WBR[protected] .The aircel website showed me that I would receive it as my talktime. But the message I received on my mobile says that I received MRP 135 and P.F. Balance is 118.42 INR. I wonder if any worse incident of cheating a customer can happen. I was not told before recharge that i would receive it in PF Balance. I want to know what is PF Balance? Is it any different from Main Balance? Why didn't I receive it as Talktime? Is there any short validity of PF Balance, than normal Balance? If so, I want it to be transfered to the main balance at once. Arunava Samajpati Was this information helpful? | |||||
