[Resolved] Aircel — False commitment & fraud company | |||
June 5th i reached with 697/-, i got 6gb data.After 1 month i used nearly 2gb, remaining data will be added next month (Carry forward offer).These words told by aircel executive.Next july 5th i recharged with 255/-.Now i dont get previous balance.I called customer care, one executive told i connect to my higher offical.After 25 min he spock to me .After he listen my whole story, he commited me u get balance with in 4 hours.But i didnt get any balance.I tried to call c care now starts problem.My number not connected to c care they put my number in rejected mode, and i directly visit to aircel outlet in dilshuknagar branch.Very great aircel employ he given one suggestion please call c care through another number.That is aircel company.I given complaint in online after 3days one aircel exe called me her name sirisha.She told me sorry sir i solve u r problem with in 1day .U get balance with in one day.Still now i am not get balance after 5days.If i not get bal, i informe all in what's up and facebook about ur bad service be carefull Was this information helpful? | |||
