Aircel — False offers and worst customer care service

Hi team,

My number : [protected].
I feel aircel has the worst customer care service.
I got a msg on 14/june/2016 offering rs.10/- cashback on rc 34-1ps/2sec as aircel ramzan offer of the day.
The problem is that i didn't get cashback even after 48 hours. I called customer service multiple times but there was irrelavent and
Careless answers from each and every customer service i spoke and even i spoke to manager and asked to raise a complaint, complaint was raised.
And on the same day rs.12/- rs was deducted from my account without any intimation and spoke same to customer and they replid me that i will be getting balance in 2 hours.
Whenever i call they always say that service down or application down some blah blah.
This is one of the worst customer service support and i even did not get my money back till today.

What is problem with aircel to solve customer issue issues as soon as possible.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I did not get any Transaction ID as I did through USSD by dailing *121*34# from my phone. I got following messgae after recharge.
"DK-AIRCEL: RC34 Recharge successful. Enjoy Local mobile calls at 1p/2secs for 56 Days. No Hidden charge"
thats it." on 14/June/2016.
and what about 10 Rs cashback.
and on the same my Rs.12/- balance was deducted without any intimation/message.
One more thing "AS I AM CALLING CUSTOMER CARE OVER THIS ISSUE FROM LAST 3 DAYS BUT WHEN EVER I CALL EVEN AT MORNING 8 OR ANY TIME IN A DAY THE IVRS SAYS WE HAVE HEAVY TRAFFIC PLEASE CALL LATER AND CALL IS GETTING DISSCONNECTED. THIS PROBLEM IS TO MY NUMBER ONLY NOT FOR OTHER AIRCEL NUMBERS."

Please dont repeat this and solve issue ASAP.

We have checked your account and found that you have recharged with RC 34 on 14th Jun'16 and you have received the benefits respectively. We would like to inform you that you have received the cash back offer of Rs.10 on 16th Jun'16 already. And on the same day you have consumed the data of 2214 KB hence, it has been charged Rs. 22/- for browsing the internet. We regret to inform you that we would not be pass any waiver in this regard as it has charged correctly.
