Hi this is Murali. i had a bad experience with customer care executive .i called up for an issue regarding that am getting pop msg of my deduction of my data bal. before i use to get the pop msg once i closed my data connection but today frm morning 14 Feb 2016 am getting every second so that i was not able to use my phone properly. for this i called up customer care i spoke with a agent later he was not able to understand my issue.
