Hi my mob no is [protected] and i am recharge Rs 151 1 GB internet pack on 08 march 2017 and now its show my internet pack is in active on my mobile and i am not use sing more then 10 mb so pl let me know about this matter
I am visite your mobile gallery and phone call 0n 198 but your call center person is not responding properly and rplying your voice not coming and they are not attending
i want my net pack active as soon as possible

Dear Ketan Varasia,

We would like to inform you that as we have checked and found 3g data pack is already active on your number.However, you need to select the 3G network manually in order to use 3G data services. Currently, your network mode is auto mode hence you are facing issue with fluctuation.
