[Resolved] Aircel — For the worst customer service of aircel!! | |||
Hi team, I am sorry to say that it was really a worst experience to have a relationship with "aircel network". The worst ever customer service i ever had. I really doubt on certain cases, è do you actually record complaint calls? If so you should have fired the respective customer care employees (Not even one, many, whoever approaches me or i approach). è customer care resources are worst in speaking. They don’t even know the basic call etiquette. First teach them with the necessary soft skills. Coming to my actual problem, I was a customer of aircel network (Never wish to continue), [protected] who was using the postpaid connection for data for more than 6 months and i never wish to use after the month of april. Who will stay with your network if you offer poor packages and offers. Due to some misunderstanding in paying bill on date for the month of april before the due date, one of the customer care employee of aircel spoke very harsh and rugged. I told that i will pay the amount but close the connection. Why the hell you will not close the connection even after the customer says to close. This happened almost 2 to 3 times in the month of april both before and after the due date. Aircel customer care resources not even treat the customers as human beings. I didnot use the datacard after that, assuming that the connection is removed. And i don’t care if you don’t close the connection, because that’s your mistake. I cannot pay bills for the connection which i have never tried to use. I trust this is not the way that awful company (You think so!!) wishes to conduct business with valued customer. Coming to legal demand notice aircel mobile: [protected] acct no: 1-[protected] o\s-rs.1165 /- : Don’t ever think that i will pay this amount. I can pay only a month’s bill (Rs.400) of mine, which i missed to pay (Fate of choosing aircel!!) due to your irresponsible and always inactive customer service. I will obviously not suggest preferring aircel to my peers. I look forward to hear from you soon positively. Was this information helpful? | |||
