[Resolved] Aircel — Forceful deduction of Balance | |||
Hello, A lady called me just a few min back from +[protected] and asking me for subscribing some music service. I clealy said that I dont need and disconnected the call. But very next minute I got the following message – “Thanks for subscribing to Music Connect at Rs.35.0 for 30 days validity. You will be renewed after 30 days. To unsubscribe SMS Stop to 155223.” I am totally shocked. This is how Aircel treat customers. What kind of employee are theyappointing? I want an immediate action against this.
