[Resolved] Aircel — Games Club and Fun TV activated | |||
My mobile no: [protected] I'm with Aircel chennai service for a year When I was browsing, I got redirected to some site "http://202.65.157.201/" and I closed the tab. In a couple of seconds I got a popup saying Rs.50 got deducted. I thought of it as some advertisement. Then I get a message from LM-JUMPWP saying that "Thanks for downloading Games Club.You are billed for Rs 50.0 http://202.65.157.201/13a588". I was shocked. My balance got reduced by 50. To add more to that, just a couple of hours later I got another message from DT-AIRCEL saying that " Thank you for subscribing to Fun TV . You have been charged Rs 35.0 for 7 days and your service will be auto renewed with the same charges." What kind of sick joke is this? They have deducted 85 rupees within 2 hours. And also they will auto renew the services which I have never activated. Though my balance is low now, I'm afraid to top up my account because of fear that they might end up deduct more. The amount of rs. 90 has been deducted on 8 Oct 2015. i have also called customer care but i do not get positive response for my complain. Pls deactivate this service from my aircel no. as soon as possible. Thank u. I previously messaged you but I don't get my money back

My Aircel Number is [protected] from New Delhi and received message in the said number that it has been subscribed for Games Club and Masti Club which i have not requested and also request me to recharge my account balance.
I didn't recharge my balance intentionally as it will be deducted from the account.
In this regard, please unsubscribed Games Club and Masti Club services from my number immediately.
