[Resolved]  Aircel GSM — Automatic balance deduction by automatic vas activation.

My self Biswajit Jena and My aircel mobile number is [protected]. I really harassed with such bad service of aircel. On 23 rd March 2014, i have received a message regarding You have been charged rs 100 for video talkies. I was sucked when i check balance, alreday rs 100 have been dedaucted. How Aircel automatic activated such services without my knowledge. When i call customer care, they told that you have subscribed this service by yourself.when i said that i have not activated such services and asked for refund. He refused me with rude language. therfore i request to the concerned authority to look into the matter and refund my balance otherwise i will switch to another operator of my choice.
