Dear Sir / Madam, I would like to bring to your notice that I was using Aircel connection bearing No. [protected]. Despite having deposited the final amount and receiving a NOC from Aircel with code I-[protected], there is this person by name Neha Mathur who called me today 11th May 2016 claiming that she is calling from Delhi Consumer court . She called me from mobile no. [protected] asking me to call a person by name Jashwant Rana on Mobile No. [protected] who is the advocate of some case which is filed against me in court and when I called him, this person seems to use only Profanity during conversations. He seem to claim that he is a lawyer but when I checked if he has sent me any notices pertaining to this, he starts to abuse me over the call. I was receiving calls from Aircel on recovery till after several attempts to explain that I have an NOC from them they, have forwarded my number to this recovery person. This is such un-professional behavior from Aircel that despite clearing my dues and getting an NOC, they keep Harassing me and also despite paying dues I have to listen to abusive language. I regret having any relationship with Aircel and suggest consumers not to associate themselves with such unprofessional organisations.
