[Resolved] Aircel — harrassing and deducting money without concern | |||
I have an aircel connection [protected] from less than two months. I got irritated by recieving the promotional calls from them when i called the customer care to stop this, they replied it will take seven days to stop and from next day they maximise thepromotional calls and deducted Rs 10/ for an unknown download which i never didn't. I tried to contact the customer care in vain as there was heavy traffic. after six or seven days i contacted them and told we only register complain within 48 hours. so I again told them to stop the promotional calls and they again replied it will take seven days. Again next day they deducted Rs 5/ for missed call alert service which i never requested. i again contacted them they told it will be sort out within 48 hours. But today it is fifth day but i have not got my money back and also when i try to speak customer care executive i can't due to heavy traffic. i request you to plesae look into matter.
