[Resolved] Aircel — I am complaining about Balance

I have a aircel no- ([protected]). I have SMS Pack, But when i have send SMS Balance is Deducted By Main Balance. Whether I was tried to solve the problem to call them but i failed i tried many times but they are just tell every time Like Server is Down and Application Does not work.they were not helping .when i was SMS ther is 8.00 Rupees amount is deduct.so please this is not good.i have tried many times but they were not helping me.Please help me to solve this.

Aircel Customer Care's response Dear ajeet93,

We would like to inform you that as per our record you have sent more than 100 SMS in a day, hence you have been charged as per base post 100 SMS. As per TRAI guidelines you can only send 100 SMS in a day. The charges are found correct, hence no waiver applicable for the same.
