[Resolved] Aircel — I am complaining about the product pocket store for night and unlimited videos 75 for which I have never sunbscribed | |||
Hello I have been charged for the above mentioned services I have never subscribe for . Please cancel the transaction and credit back the amount in my account. I did not recharge my main balance for that purpose. I shouldn't be paying for the services I have never subscribe for. I think this is the doing of the customer care agents. Please stop this unfair means and take necessary steps to review who and why did they do this. This is a matter of compliance. If this continues in the future again I am afraid I will be compelled to close this account and go to another service provider. So please resolve this issue and credit the amount back to my account.
