[Resolved] Aircel — Customer care service rejecting the calls | |||
Sir, I called to aircel customer care service and I told my problem that I am unable to use my 3g services and also unable to view 3g data balance and they told me that they are transferring my call to their supervisor but they rejected my call. I did not requested vas service of modelw, but in my account an amount of 35rs was deducted... please refund my amount in to my account again, ... dont do again like this with out requesting any vas service...
