Aircel — I not able receive incoming call

Past 38 hours I not receiving any incoming calls. When I call customer care they tell after[protected] only issue going resolve. Person name Radhika and she cut the call when I speaking. She will not provide complaint number also. So I need to resolve my incoming call issue and I want take some action on that person also. Clear this issue quickly
