[Resolved] Aircel — I want to stop auto-renewal of internet pack | |||||
Dear AirCel Customer Care, I had activated internet pack by dialing *121*2400# Now it gets auto-renewed on the expiry of the validity days. I tried to deactivate the auto-renew by dialing *121*2401# but that doesn't work. I get a list of options where deactivating is not an option. Please help. I had recharge mobile two days back. My balance is reduce up to 5 rupees. I tried to made call on 198. But I did not receive any satisfaction response. Kindly resolve and refund my balance immediately. I did not activate any services but still some services are activated automatically. Please close all them also.

I am fed up of your pathetic services.This is third time i am facing this problem.I called 155223 And was informed that i had no such value added subscription. I do not want any kind of problem.
